How to inflate the pad?
Open the two valves and the pillow will automatically inflate. (You can push it into the bag for a long time, so the pillow will slowly inflate. After a few breaths, it will be inflated and in good shape.
How to empty the pad?
First open the valve, roll the pad from below and press the rolling part. When winding up, wait for the air to escape before closing the valve.
Then unfold the pillow without opening the valve, then put the pillow back in, open the valve and wait for the air to escape. Then close the valve.
Repeat step 2 (about 3-5 times) until the pad can be folded into the carrying case.
Note: Due to the compressed package, please unfold the sleeping pad and open the valve for 24 hours after receiving the package. When using for the first time, it takes time to inflate (about 1 hour).
